It's been proven that UV rays are bad news and are a major cause of your skin aging. This is the strongest defense. Rain or shine to protect your skin cells to your skin stay young and beautiful. An Spf 15 for everyday and something stronger for the beach or days when you'll be in direct sunlight.
* STOP smoking or cut back to as few as possible
Motivation is a key element in quitting smoking. I know from experience. And no matter how much my resolve, without motivation it didn't stick. One way to reduce or quit smoking is to associate each cigarette with your looks. You know the risks and I'm not here to lecture. So, it's really all about you. And doing some personal research on more details is something that may help if you are dealing with this.

You probably hear this a lot and that's because it's true.
* Get your beauty sleep
If you are busy and don't have time to sleep properly this is especially for you! Think of your physical body the way you think of your emotions. We do special things for ourselves because our feelings are important. In the same way you like being taken care of and shown that we have value so does your body and skin. And, as you get older your skin cells slowly start to lose more moisture. Serums are believed by some to work much better for anti-aging because they occur on a cellular level that is more targeted whereas creams work better overall on the entire skin surface.
* Eat healthy
Just a little reminder to eat fruits and veggies. There are also a lot of specific foods that have extra benefits depending on your diet such as berries, mangoes, almonds and cottage cheeses are all believed to be great for your skin.
