When Can I Return to Work After Rhinoplasty?

Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Serving Areas Near Houston & Sugar Land, TX

Jun 29, 2014

Most of our Houston patients are busy professionals with many time commitments. As such, you're probably worried about when you can get back to the office after undergoing a rhinoplasty procedure.

Recovery from rhinoplasty will vary from patient to patient. However, most patients are usually able to return to work a week or so after undergoing a rhinoplasty.

This will depend on the extent of your recovery and how much the bruising and tenderness that are a normal part of the post-surgical experience have faded. If you have a physically strenuous job your return to work might be slightly delayed.

Dr. Michael Eisemann will discuss a more detailed recovery timeline with you before you undergo your rhinoplasty. After your procedure, you will return to The Eisemann Plastic Surgery Center for follow-up appointments. At these appointments, Dr. Eisemann will evaluate your recovery and advise you on how to proceed.

As a triple-board certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Eisemann is uniquely experienced with facial plastic surgery. He has decades of experience helping the people of Houston and the surrounding areas with rhinoplasty and other procedures. This experience will help him minimize your recovery time.

If you live in Houston or anywhere else in the country and you're considering rhinoplasty, please contact The Eisemann Plastic Surgery Center today.
